Through our global network of stations and suppliers, Denis Engine Solutions is very often able to offer fully inspected, class approved, reconditioned components at a significantly lower price than the cost of a new and usually faster than can be delivered from the OEM.

We have all necessary transportable tools to perform machining jobs on site, such as honing equipment, machining tools for evening cylinder liner surfaces or engine block surfaces, line boring equipment, special tools for machining crankshafts but also special tools like endoscopes, special measurement tools etc. This all is backed up with a team of qualified service engineers, which remained more or less the same over the past years. This team is active in almost every continent, where we have built up a network of service centers with the right knowledge and equipped workshop to support a major overhaul. During major overhauls local assistance is often needed for overhaul of components like cylinder heads, fuel pumps, specialized cleaning or simply for extra manpower. A good worldwide network is key to perform major overhauls in a decent manner.
